Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing and executing a sales strategy, reaching sales targets, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and contributing to the development of sales materials and processes.
Qualifications
Sales experience in the real estate or co-living industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organization and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience with CRM software and Leadsquared is a plus
