The individual will lead efforts in social media management, advertising, reputation management, brand development, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation in the B2B segment. Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business goals. Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies for improved performance and engagement. Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and outdoor media. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results and higher ROI. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online reputation. Develop strategies to enhance positive brand presence and mitigate any negative feedback. Design and Branding: Lead branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for design-related needs. Performance Marketing: Execute and manage performance marketing efforts, focusing on metrics-driven results. Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other techniques to drive traffic and lead conversion. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently. Ensure high ROI on marketing expenditures. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Ensure continuous professional development and upskilling of the team. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing. Maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, and marketing agencies. Market Research and Trends: Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, particularly in a B2B environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
