KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To recruit and manage a team of unit managers & agency managers to achieve the company targets
To utilize robust employee management skills in a manner to motivate and assist employees thus maintaining productivity levels
To develop and advance various business segments as per the sales strategy
To train IAs with the help of the training team
To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
B. SKILLS REQUIRED
Appropriate knowledge of IRDA regulations
Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills showing the ability to be discerning delegate tasks and set achievable deadlines
Proactive attitude with the ability to conceptualize unique approaches to managing the team
Showcase ability to anticipate complications and develop appropriate contingencies in response
Demonstrate a strong ability to motivate employees and create a high performing team
Exhibit knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
Demonstrate the ability to conduct training set targets and recognize the strengths and limitations of the team to achieve targets efficiently
