Job description

We are looking for Area Sales Manager in India's Leading life insurance Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

- Build a team of financial advisors from their own references and preference

- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

- Generating leads of Potential Customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduation complete in any field

- 3+ years in sales or marketing

- Sound local network in a working city

- Good communication and convincing skill
