- Preferred – Female only
- Qualification – GRADUATE (BioScience background will be preferred)
- Experience - 0-3 years’ experience in handling patient in any reputed clinic/hospital will be suitable candidates, freshers are also welcome.
- Communication Skills - English, Hindi, Bengali(preferred)
- Age limit – 30 years
Roles Responsibility:
- Proven patient support experience or experience as a customer service representative in any other organization, fresher can apply!
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Patient orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
