We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Customer Interaction cum Front Office for a reputed company in Mumbai (Prabhadevi).

Roles & responsibilities:-
- Welcoming Customers
- Meeting them at the workshop
- Reminder Calls
- Follow up calls
- Customer mapping by different online portals
- Lead generation by various means allotted
- Report generation
- Inform the Advisor about the customer's visit
- Collect the contact information of the walk-in clients & pass the same to the adviser and team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good Communication skills.
- English Proficiency.
- Customer alling experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Managing customers.
- MS Office (word & excel) basic knowledge required
- Positive attitude towards work
- Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must
- 6 months + experience preferred
- Freshers are also Welcome
