Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer. The role involves troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, automation, and robotics on a daily basis. The position is located in Nagpur.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for [factory/process] automation, utilizing industry-leading technologies and best practices.
- Develop detailed design specifications, schematics, and documentation for automated systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Integrate automation systems with existing infrastructure, equipment, and control systems.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of automated processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to automated systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) working as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in PLC programming , HMI development, and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in troubleshooting, process control, and electrical engineering
- Expertise in automation and robotics
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
