At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world as we are committed to building the next-gen embedded finance infrastructure that helps enterprises launch FinTech offerings in hours. Join our team in this B2B2C role to transform how companies deliver credit (personal loans, BNPL, etc.) through personalized and instantaneous experiences to customers. The engine behind this transformation is FinBox's low-code tool and an API platform that empowers companies to quickly release new world-class products to their customers in months instead of years. ## About the Job Our people are our most important asset. You will be designing and implementing plans for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance monitoring, Payroll and HR policies. ## How You'll Contribute To develop a holistic talent acquisition strategy and source relevant candidates for the assigned roles. Write excellent job descriptions and memos Create Employer branding strategies Plan and execute onboarding of new joiners Setup a framework for performance monitoring Assist in screening candidate's resumes and job applications Conduct regular external and internal events to promote team bonding Process company’s payroll Execute strategies for the continuous well-being of the team **Who You Are** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High ownership mindset. You are expected to find things that are broken and fix them without people telling you that it is broken. 3+ years of Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee engagement Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) Expertise in Cross-functional communication Other things to know: Collaborate, Take Ownership, Innovate and Improve are our core mantras.
