Job Designation : Power Bi DeveloperLocations Open : Multiple Position and Category : Permanent and Company PayrollJob description :Roles and Responsibilities (Along with Skills Required) :- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Power BI solutions that meet business requirements and enable data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and data models.- Design and implement complex data models, including integrating multiple data sources, implementing data transformations, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.- Develop visually appealing and interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and support in Power BI development best practices.- Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure optimal report rendering and query performance.- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends, and drive the adoption of new techniques and best practices within the team.- Working experience in commercial & regulatory reporting.- Experience in building BI solutions Knowledge on data analysis techniques and best practices- Working experience with MSBI tools and Power BI Effective spreadsheet modelling skills- Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.- Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop- Advanced SQL writing skills, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models- Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects and it include Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies,- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query Formula Language- Proficiency with SQL programming and data modeling- Experience with ETL processes and database management- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions- Proficiency with DAX and other programming languages- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams globally, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (ref:hirist.tech)
