Job Description:
Job purpose 
• Mobilise youth for vocational training/skill development programmes    
• Mobilisation Executive/Officer act as a medium between Society and Organisation to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses   

Duties and responsibilities   
• Understand various skill development courses run by the organisation and requirements by trainees to enrol for the courses   
• Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders – educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc.    
• Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses   
• Conduct door-to-door surveys in target localities as per pre-designed survey forms
• Advocate and counsel potential youth & their family members on the benefits and job prospects of vocational training courses   
• Conduct skill gap survey in close coordination with industries, govt. agencies and community   
• Disseminate information to target groups regarding required documents to enrol for skill development courses   
• Report target vs achievement on a regular basis
