Job description

Purpose of the Job:

As the Head of Talent Management, the incumbent would be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that will help the organization develop and retain high-performing employees, create a strong leadership pipeline and drive the culture agenda aligned with the organizational values. The incumbent would oversee the accountability for talent planning ensuring the availability of the right people in the right jobs at the right time with the right capabilities. Would also oversee development of leader and manager capability to consistently assess talent & identify future capability needs through regular reviews of organizational strength and health.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the competency framework for the entire organization. • Define and develop Behavioral competencies, Indicators, and competency-base assessment process. • Define the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. • Develop a strong succession planning methodology for strong leadership pipeline creation. • Develop effective programs for top talent identification and retention. • Own the engagement surveys; pulse surveys and share analysis / insights with stakeholders & management team. • Provide a sustainable framework for promotion, engagement and retention of scalable talent • Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments. • Conduct presentations and training; be a coach to leaders

Educational Qualifications - MBA-HR Work Experience – 1 to 4 years
