Job description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To take care of whole construction site including store & to keep a track on issues related to materialwhile receiving or issuing, and shortage/discrepancy/quality issues if any
- To monitor & control daily incoming and outgoing activities and resolve issues in co-ordination withconcerned authorities, vendors, Site, HO, transporter, etc.
- Daily updation of stock of RM, PKG, consumable, stationary, etc. and analysis on the consumption trendand then to arrange material accordingly.
- Raising RFQ, making comparative, awarding contract and tracking of dispatch of material from vendor.
- To maintain imprest account as and when required. To send dispatch or bills to head office on daily basis.
- Vendor list updation- To update supplier performance evaluation record, RGP follow up, etc.
- Ensure to have sufficient raw material of all types all the time for smooth functioning of the site.
- To maintain records of purchases & Job orders properly. Returnable goods monitoring register to bemaintained as well.
- Taking care of incoming & outgoing material and keeping records of the same. Preparing inspection report on received material.
- Make sure all stores are closed at all times and only opened at time of issuing in presences of storedepartment representative.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Graduate
SKILLS REQUIRED
▪ An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
