Job Description LOCATION: Bangalore, India TITLE: Technical Project Manager JOB TYPE: Full Time

Our Technical Project Managers excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Role & Responsibilities:

As Technical Project Manager, you are responsible to work closely with the client, Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. •Manages and oversees large, long range, or multiple complex projects. •Develops project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives. •Provide project leadership throughout all phases of planning, analysis, installation, and testing. •Interact extensively with clients and project technical team to help plan and define project milestones, timelines and manage resources. •Create and update project plans, status reports and executive dashboards. •Lead project meetings, take notes and follow up on actionable items. •Ensure the constant flow of communication. •Manage the schedules of technical resources and track team utilization. •Ensure deadlines and budget/cost targets are met and quickly identify and address scope and creep. •Maintain required project documentation to include presentations, design documentation, build and deployment guides and task lists.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree. •Minimum 08+ years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager •Experience in Legal and/or Technology is preferred. •Should be PMP certified. •Experience in the delivery of Document Management Projects including records and conflicts specifically within the legal vertical is preferred. •Experience working with project planning software. •Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications. •Strong client-facing skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Formal training in project or program management. •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

•Professional, customer service demeanour. •Must be outgoing and comfortable working with clients and independently. •Ability to easily adapt to changing environments. •Careful attention to detail and priorities is a MUST. •The desire to go above and beyond to foster team unity, oversee the resolution of issues and provide excellent customer service. •Displays well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
