Creative Production Manager

Job description
- Manage the production of creative projects, including advertising campaigns, digital content, branded content, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the creative team, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and producers, to understand their vision and ensure it is translated into a comprehensive production plan.
- Oversee the budgeting and scheduling of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Work with suppliers and vendors, including production companies, photographers, and post-production houses, to secure the resources and expertise needed to deliver the project.
- Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards, and that all projects are completed to a high quality and with a consistent visual style.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including the creative team, clients, and senior management.
- Manage the approval process for projects, including presenting work to clients and obtaining sign-off at key stages.
Desired Skills - Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in creative production management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, creative teams, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to understand and manage costs associated with production.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, including print, digital, and video production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
