Title: SQL Developer (5-7 Years Experience Only) Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad Project Type: Core Development – Product for US Healthcare. Scaled Agile Education and Experience Required: Typically, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 5-7 years. Job Description: Use DDL (Data Definition Language) and DML (Data Manipulation Language) to build and deploy Database objects, including tables, views, user defined functions, and stored procedures. Complete performance tuning on SQL Database objects using SQL query performance tuning tools. Utilizes best practices, checklists and defined processes. Investigates and resolves database object issues. Utilizes database security regulations, policies, and guidelines. Review and interpret business report requirements. Build reporting deliverables, to include DDL/DML SQL Scripts. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes. Tests database object implementation and resolves any issues that are observed during testing. Participates in analysis and development of tasks related to business report requirements. Participates in data analysis for required database objects. Qualifications: 5-7 years experience as SQL Developer using DDL/DML Strong understanding of SQL programming Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio Experience with database performance tuning is mandatory. QNXT database experience is nice to have, not mandatory. Knowledge of Database security regulations, policies, and guidelines Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services Understanding of database maintenance procedures. Team Player Great communication and time management skills Problem solving skills. Desired: Application development, Agile/Kanban, HIPAA and/or Health Care (Medicaid) Interpersonal Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
