Job description

Duties and responsibilities: Assist in HR related activities like, contractor’s grievance management, attendance management etc. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and contractor’s performance. Make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. Order, store and distribute office supplies and stationaries. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Maintain office equipment. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Schedule in-house and external events Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication (English, Hindi & Bengali) and negotiation skills Should have good work ethics and calm attitude. Microsoft excel knowledge Good knowledge of office and general administration (Pantry, stationary, housekeeping, transportation, welfare activities and office maintenance)
