Key Responsibilities:

People management skills.
Ability to explain and handle complex information clearly and simply.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
A master's and/or management degree would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance
Minimum 10 years' experience
Strong understanding of microfinance or financial services operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale operational transformations. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
Experience in developing, planning, monitoring, and evaluating local and regional project performance.
Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the banking industry.
Experience in developing, planning, monitoring, and evaluating local and regional project performance
Fluent in written and spoken English.
