HR & Administration Salary Range

- 5 lpa to 5.5lpa Location - Bandra West

Job Responsibilities:

Facility Management: ○

Oversee the overall management and maintenance of existing and new store facilities, including lease agreements, insurance, and security systems. ○

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. ○

Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations regarding building safety and environmental standards.

Housekeeping and Staff Management: ○

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring a clean and professional environment across all locations. ○

Recruit, train, and schedule office boys, housekeeping staff, and pantry staff. ○

Manage their performance and provide feedback to ensure staff meet expectations.

Procurement and Vendor Management: ○

Manage the procurement process for various administrative supplies, furniture, and equipment. ○

Identify and negotiate with vendors to secure the best value for the company. ○

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and quality products. ○

Review and approve vendor quotations and finalize agreements.

Budgeting and Cost Control: ○

Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring efficient allocation and responsible spending of resources. ○

Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures. ○

Prepare regular reports on administrative costs and performance metrics.

Logistics and Travel Management: ○

Manage internal logistics within the office and across stores, including courier services and transportation needs. ○

Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Additional Responsibilities: ○

Manage the company's pantry and ensure adequate supplies are maintained. ○

Coordinate and support in new store setups. ○

Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. ○

Respond to employee inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. ○

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
