Job description

Think Big and Strategically : Always think big with respect to your given role and work, set targets and objectives that will help in the development of the business

Research and Identify : Research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas, services, partners, customers, trends

On-boarding : Reaching out to those potential doctors, retail pharmacies, home healthcare service providers who have shown their interest online on our website, apps and convincing them to get onboard along with sharing the financials, signing the papers and on-boarding them

New partners for HealthSynergy : As you know that HealthSy s partner registration and onboarding platform is called HealthSynergy meaning creating partnerships in the healthcare sector. You will have to find, connect and on-board new partners such as top doctors across different doctor specialisations, retail pharmacies and home healthcare services providers. This will be done through emails and calls

Drawing up LoUs : We have a standard set of legal papers that is already in existence for on- boarding different types of partners for HealthSy under HealthSynergy, you will just have to prepare the papers in their respective names before getting them to sign and on-board.

Connecting and Networking: Connecting with potential partners over call and email to establish rapport and arranging meetings

Good Understanding of our Business and Product (Apps) : We will provide you will the vision and knowledge of the same before you can commence your work activities

Foster and develop good professional relationships with our partners

Plan, improve and implement better onboarding practices for our partners

Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department so that more registrations and leads for onboarding can take place through our website and apps

Should be able to understand the needs, situations, handling for different partners

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Allocating tasks and managing your team of BDEs

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

1 - 2 years prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented

Proficiency in Hindi / Telugu and well-versed in English
