Job Description
- Must Have
- A person should have 6-10 years of experience as BA-PO and be able to define requirements clearly and create EPIC, Stories, and roadmap for delivery
- Backlog management in Azure ADO
- The position requires skills and experience in managing product enhancement, support, and maintenance by stabilizing the product and driving innovation for next-generation platform
- experience in requirement gathering and product understanding of on-prem data/VM/Application migration to Azure Cloud.
- Being responsible for the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management
- Business & product roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements
- Has leadership, strategic, problem-solving & design thinking skills to deliver products & features catering to the user's needs always keeping the users' problems in mind
- Preparing launch plans, figuring out release goals, and prioritizing features
- Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your client/team.
- Identify customer's behaviors and needs through research and analysis and drive using data.
- Have experience in localization to drive linguistic, stylistic, and terminology management issues to resolution
- Developing and using KPIs/metrics to monitor and measure business to constantly improve it
- Process-oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling.
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards and solutions
- User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of HE Domain & ERP.
