Position: Senior JAVA Developer
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Adajan (Surat) and Bhatar (Surat)
Qualification: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

Role And Responsibilities - Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Designing and implementing Java-based applications
- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise
- Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Communicates with the team to meet the deadlines.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Required Skills - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Proven working experience in Java and Java EE platforms development
- Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Cascading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Experience in the Spring Framework
- Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
- Experience with test-driven development
- Experience with Team Leadership
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team directions
