Gallagher and Mohan work exclusively within the real estate industry. Our mission is to provide financial analysis, marketing, and accounting support to our clients. Our clients are real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We pride ourselves on our quality, our strong communication, and our work ethic. We are a natural extension of our client's existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value s from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.
What we are Looking for:- The candidate should be able to present professionally. Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Must be flexible both in time and responsibility with the willingness to grow alongside a rapidly growing organization. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, while being able to prioritize workload, excel in research and creativity, and have exceptional analytical skills. The candidate should be able to work well with others on a team while also being able to work independently on assigned tasks and campaigns. Must be capable of taking on additional responsibilities and growth opportunities. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and understands various points of view.
Job Responsibilities:-Â
- Conduct market research across sources to understand the developments in the industry.
- Find and analyze sources supporting business development outreach
- Input data of key information into systems.
- Utilize strong English reading and narration skills for effective research and analysis.
- Perform both routine and additional tasks to discover new resources when necessary.
- Generate reports based on various sources and a high degree of one's analysis
Requirements:-- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Excel skills and computer literacy
- A candidate must have sound communication skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills;
- Work well under pressure in and fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Possess strong research and analysis skills.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of the real estate and USA market is advantageous but not necessary
You Must Have:-
- Comfortable working European hours ( 1 pm – 9 pm Indian Standard Time)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written)
- Experience with Excel, software and a high degree of computer literacy
