Job description
- Generating daily monthly attendance reports through computerized Biometric Attendance System
- Payroll and working in HRMS software application
- Recruitment handling Screening, Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Handling PF, and buyouts Contract and Preparation of various other letters as required
- Contract renewal/Agreement Payment
- Coordination with Statutory consultants for monthly, quarterly and annual compliances
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies procedures
- Maintains historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and keeping past and current records
- Assisting the HR Manager with HR Audit
- Responsible for employee engagement/HR activities
