Job description

Position Summary

To support the project/delivery teams around Client management, create roadmap & Design strategies for product enhancements & plan to add new features in the product based on client ask

Education

Bachelor of Engineering

Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the Client demos on the products
2. Lead POCs & customization of demos based on client ask & interest
3. Lead the documentation of proposals and SoWs with the team and get them reviewed by internal leaders, Legal etc.
4. Lead client presentations and communications for contract finalization with support of other leaders.
5. Lead discussion with client for feasibility of adding/modifying the product features for rolling out the product to them
6. Co-ordinate between client project and product team to answer customer queries
7. Work with Product/RnD team to create roadmap & plan to add new features in the product based on client ask
8. Participating actively in meetings with clients, Axtria leadership, project / product team to discuss project progress, projects plan, status/risk, provide feedback and drive results
9. Keep track & Maintain documentation of project financials, profitability, team logistics, project timelines, resource on boarding /off boarding
10. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all client opportunities

Work Experience

Looking for someone who is an expert in reporting/BI solutions, has Pharma commercial knowledge (process & data), and has previously worked in Project or Product management roles. This individual will be expected to play a crucial role as the key PoC for all demos and BD activities.

1. Must-have skills:
a. 5+ years of experience in the Pharma (LifeSciences) Sales & Marketing domains
b. 2+ years of experience in any Reporting or BI solution (Tableau/Cognos/PowerBI/Microstrategy/Business Objects etc.)

2. Good-to-have skills:
a. Have good knowledge of any database solution. The candidate should have worked as a developer or a business analyst in any product/implementation where a standard DB solution was used and should be able to execute simple queries
b. Knowledge of cloud technology knowledge (AWS, Azure)
