Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at GOGAGA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the travel industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights for business growth.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
