Job description
Navodian Hospital is a venture of Labtech Innovation Educational Research and Welfare Foundation, called Labtech Innovations, which is a leading healthcare center known for its comprehensive medical care and exceptional patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations in the OPD, diagnosing illnesses, discussing symptoms, and determining their medical condition.
- Provide ongoing care to patients admitted in the IPD, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Prescribe and administer treatments and medications, and perform routine medical procedures.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients condition and plan appropriate care.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
- Provide health and wellness advice to patients, focusing on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Stay abreast of advancements in medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.
- Participate in training and research activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BAMS,BHMS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in both OPD and IPD.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
- Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems.
