All this has been done with an energetic & dedicated team of engineers, for whom no problem is unsolvable. What will you do at Tejas? Product Engineering team owns: Platform and software validation for the entire product portfolio Product and Technology demos at customer premises across the world Develop and deliver customer documentation and training solutions Compliance with technical certifications like TL9000, TSEC etc. Team works closely with PLM, HW and SW architects, sales and customer account teams to innovate and develop network deployment strategy for a broad spectrum of networking products and software solutions. As part of this team, you will get an opportunity to validate, demonstrate and influence new technologies to shape future optical, routing, fiber broadband and wireless networks. Note: Only for candidates based out in Bangalore and interviews will be F2F for the shortlisted candidates Educational & Technical Qualifications: BE/B.Tech. OR ME/M.Tech. in EC/Telecom Branches. CCNA/CCNP Certified (desirable) Strong Knowledge in L2 and L3 Protocols (Switching and Routing) . Strong knowledge in Ethernet . Work Experience & Skill Sets: Should have 3 to 5 Years Experience in Total. In Total Experience, minimum 2 years experience in Customer Handling. Should have patience to handle Customer for offering the Telecom Testing. Should have experience in Test Case Preparation. Should have experience in Test Report Preparation. Should be obedient to take more output from Customer. Should have attitude to work on various Technologies. Should be in a position to travel out of office (within Bangalore and out of Bangalore) for offering the Tests to Customer. Should have good knowledge on the Technology to provide bug details to Designers. Should have attitude for debugging the faults in the Product. Should have attitude of Self Driven and self-Motivation to complete the assigned Tasks in shorter Duration with high quality. Should have good communication skills for inter department correspondence. Nature of Job: Need to prepare Test Cases for the Certification of a Product. Internal Testing (Manual) has to be done as per Customer Requirement and bugs have to be raised. Need to interact with Design team for fixing the bugs. Need to offer the Tests (Manual Tests) to Customer for full day till completion of Testing related to Certification. Need to provide periodic updates to Reporting Manager and other concerned officials. Need to prepare the Test Report for the offered Test Cases. Need to take Signature from Customer on all the Pages of Test Report. Ready to travel either within City (or) out of City for the Testing Related activity. Need to handle Inventory carefully to avoid damages. All official documents have to be handled carefully.Job tags
