We are Hiring for the Product Support Executive with US based MNC
Job Responsibilities:
Purpose :
With an annual volume exceeding two million interactions, the Solution Center operates as a global network of Consultants dedicated to serving Customers through their preferred communication channels – Phone, Email, and Chat – across various languages.
Customer Support Teams:
The Customer Support teams are tasked with delivering Product Support through Sales Conversations. They identify, generate, and nurture new or potential Leads/Customers, strategically aligning Customers with our Distributor Partners or Direct Sales.
Mission:
•Make it Easy for Customers to do Business with us through Consultative Selling.
•Resolve Distributor Inquiries at the first point of contact.
•Establish Trust and Transparency for Stakeholders.
•Enable Leaders to act as Coaches, fostering the growth and development of teams.
•Drive Continuous Improvement using the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and our Operating Advantage
Priorities:
•Ensure Solution Consultants are accessible 24x7 via Phone, Email, and Chat in multiple languages.
•Customer Support teams to provide Product Support through Sales Conversations, identifying, generating, and nurturing new or potential Leads/Customers. Align Customers with our Distributor Partners or Direct Sales.
•Distributor Support teams are responsible for Order-to-Cash process support, providing product support, proactively keeping Distributors informed, and following up on Special Pricing Quotes to secure business.
•Order Fulfillment & Backlog Management teams support the Order Entry and Quotation process. They assist with Order Block Removal and Follow-up, proactively follow up on Unconfirmed and Past Due Orders, and coordinate with Planners for New Confirmed Ship Date Alignment.
