Channnel Precision Inc. Warehouse Specialist A BPO company started in 2015. Located in 8V6W+37F, General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu. We also have an office in Baybay City. Warehouse Specialist Job Location: Cebu (Cebu City-Philippines) Job Description: Warehouse support specialists provide support to our US warehouse operations by collating orders that need to be processed by them within the day, and ensuring they will be fulfilled by the US team in a timely manner. They help track orders and coordinate with the Supplier Management team to ensure there are no duplicate orders being sent out. They also process refunds for customer returns and communicate with the CS team if there are issues with the product being received. If an order isn't fulfillable, they also ensure that they escalate it to the CS team so that the customers will be notified. Warehouse support specialists are also responsible for filing cases with Amazon so we can get reimbursement for lost FBA items and damaged MFN returns. Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service Candidate Requirement Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage Good at data entry and data analysis At least 1-year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel Confident in speaking American English and good at writing emails Ability to multitask Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope Detail-oriented and highly organized Willing to work night shifts.
