The Home Decor team of Urban Company is looking to hire 'Senior Trainer' for its 'Wall Panels'' category at multiple locations! This is one of the most exciting roles at UC and that too in one of the latest category offering, which creates huge scope for innovation and learnings.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Trainer, you are required to own customer experience for respective cities and contribute significantly to category growth
The role Primarily encompasses:
-Identifying and training right service professionals
- Ensuring Stellar service Quality and customer experience
- Finding innovative solutions and game changing product designs We are looking for someone with significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty. A lot of creative thinking, attention to detail and ownership will be required to get things done and create user love.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Technical training for carpenter skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hustle and get things done attitude
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
