Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer position with a hybrid work arrangement. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and technical solutions to clients. The Senior Sales Engineer will liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, provide technical support, and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Strong Technical Support and Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Customer service skills, such as actively listening to customer needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
• A background in industrial equipment industry is a significant advantage
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
