Roles& Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Proven experience in IT Service Organizations.
• Hands on experience in converting the leads
• Knowledge about different technologies like, PHP, Python, Mern, Mean stack, ROR etc.
• Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase sales
• Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team
• Excellent communication skills.
