Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Strategy and Growth to drive the strategic direction and expansion of our platform within the rapidly evolving landscape of Web3 tokenization. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, token economics, and the creative industries, coupled with proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies to propel the adoption and scalability of innovative digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive the growth and adoption of our Web3 tokenization platform for music, movies, and art. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including artists, content creators, rights holders, platforms, and industry influencers, to enhance the value proposition and ecosystem of our platform. Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing product development and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and legal, to align strategic initiatives with operational execution. Drive the development and implementation of innovative marketing and user acquisition strategies to attract and onboard creators, collectors, and investors onto our platform. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, iterating and optimizing strategies based on performance insights. Provide thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments related to Web3 tokenization and decentralized finance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or growth roles within the technology, finance, or creative industries. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 principles, with a focus on token economics and digital asset management. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, ideally within the context of digital platforms, marketplaces, or technology startups. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
