Job Overview

The Director, Professional Services India is responsible for overall India strategy, delivery, and performance of a team of consultants working on the delivery of the iCIMS platform. We are looking for a seasoned people leader with prior experience leading global professional services teams and delivering positive customer experiences and value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the India team strategy in partnership with the SVP of Professional Services
  • Oversee multiple PS delivery teams responsible for the implementation of iCIMS products
  • Work in partnership with global delivery team leaders to streamline the delivery process for a global workforce
  • Work closely with third-party vendors to manage subcontracted teams along with FTEs
  • Responsible for PS department P&L and driving a financially healthy business, through direct and subcontracted teams
  • Responsible for establishing a metrics driven culture in the team to drive high utilization
  • Oversee projects throughout the delivery life cycle to ensure successful completion and handoff
  • Ensure best practices are always adhered to in the implementation of projects
  • Always seek continuous improvement of delivery processes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements
  • Foster professional growth, development and engagement of direct and subcontractor teams
  • Identify and provide feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans and provision of coaching & development opportunities for any full-time employees
  • Create efficient onboarding process for new team members to minimize learning curve
  • Conduct interviews to screen for the appropriate skillsets and competencies for roles
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with iCIMS and partner leadership team
  • Act as an escalation point for any concerns related to the quality of delivery
  • This full-time position will require working hours closely aligned with the Eastern Time zone.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing a global Services team through Metrics and SLAs
  • Proven expertise with SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze situations, identify solutions, and formulate recommendations for effective management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Knowledge of HR / Recruitment Software domain is a plus
  • Strategic analysis/creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acumen
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities
  • Strong customer orientation focus and success in creating a superior Customer Experience
