Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas as well as the region's profit target, market share targets, strategic, and unit sales mix objectives- To increase market penetration in the area, develop sales strategies and plans.
Take part in the yearly sales strategy planning process. Set annual goals for distributors and sales agents' sales.- Maintain and control department spending at or below budgeted levels; generate monthly quotes for identified strategic key accounts
- Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives by spending at least 24 hours a month meeting with end product users and going on sales representatives' field trips; write, translate, and comprehend technical specifications for suitable valve selection and optimization.
- There should be ten additional requirements.
