Job Title: Sales Executive

 

Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our esteemed team at Dayal Opticals India Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our premium eyewear products, ensuring exceptional customer service, and surpassing sales targets.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should possess qualities such as patience, value for time, a sense of commitment, reliability, and flexibility.

 

 Key responsibilities include:

· International Brand Expertise: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of international brands of sunglasses/optical frames such as Gucci, Fendi, Oakley, Cartier, Maybach, RayBan, etc.

· Outlet Management : Responsible for overseeing an outlet when necessary, engaging with customers, following up on inquiries, and motivating the entire outlet team.

· Optical Knowledge: Good understanding of optical lenses and contact lenses.

· Customer Service: Ensure discipline is maintained, and customers are given utmost importance and priority.

· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, features, and technologies.

o Train and educate customers on the benefits and features of various eyewear products.

o Maintain showroom organization and visual appeal to enhance the shopping experience.

 

Qualifications:

· Proven minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Executive in a retail environment, preferably in the optical industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.

· Knowledge of eyewear products, lens options, and industry trends.

· Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

 

Education:

High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.

Salary:

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
