ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the schedules of senior management, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodations, and
preparing relevant documentation.
Acts as a liaison between the management and internal/external
stakeholders, including clients, vendors, investors, regulators, and
government agencies. They facilitate communication with these
stakeholders and ensure timely responses are provided to queries and
concerns
Responsible for proper documentation, data management, and reporting
to the management.
Supports senior management in ensuring compliance with regulations, including those set by regulatory bodies. Coordinates with the company's legal and finance departments to ensure
smooth functioning and timely completion of tasks.
Need to act as a point person in a crisis situation. They work towards
finding a prompt solution and ensuring that the management is kept
informed of the situation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors in any stream
PREFERRED SKILLS
Min. 02 years of experience as Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Familiarity Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
