ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for managing the schedules of senior management, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodations, and
preparing relevant documentation.
 Acts as a liaison between the management and internal/external
stakeholders, including clients, vendors, investors, regulators, and
government agencies. They facilitate communication with these
stakeholders and ensure timely responses are provided to queries and
concerns
 Responsible for proper documentation, data management, and reporting
to the management.
 Supports senior management in ensuring compliance with regulations, including those set by regulatory bodies.  Coordinates with the company's legal and finance departments to ensure
smooth functioning and timely completion of tasks.
 Need to act as a point person in a crisis situation. They work towards
finding a prompt solution and ensuring that the management is kept
informed of the situation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelors in any stream

PREFERRED SKILLS
 Min. 02 years of experience as Personal Assistant or similar role.
 Excellent MS Office knowledge.
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills.  Familiarity Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
 Discretion and confidentiality.
 Multitasking and prioritization
 Strong Follow-up
