Job Title : Business Development Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities : - Develop and implement business development strategies to foster growth within the Karnataka banking sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. - Provide regular market insights and contribute to strategic decision-making. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance. - Graduation from a recognized university. - Proven success in business development, preferably in the banking sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.
