Role Description

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of 20 members, including social media specialists and design professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage creativity and high-performance standards. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development. Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet client objectives and organizational goals. Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging and relevant social media content across various platforms. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to ensure optimal results. Design Team Management: Manage the design team in the conceptualization and creation of visually appealing and effective design assets for digital and print media. Ensure the delivery of high-quality design work within established timelines and project parameters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into overall marketing and communication strategies. Client Handling: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, expectations, and feedback. Conduct regular client meetings to present project updates, gather feedback, and discuss future plans. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless workflow, timely delivery of projects, and adherence to client requirements. Implement project management best practices, including budget management, timeline tracking, and resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Proven experience in managing social media and design teams, preferably in an agency setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, design principles, and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Proficient in project management tools and software.
