Position: Technical support
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support: Offer prompt and efficient technical support to customers via
various channels, including email, chat, phone, and remote desktop assistance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services,
ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and
solutions provided.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the development team for product improvements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all support activities meet or exceed defined service level
agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications:-
Experience in technical support or a similar role.
Proficiency in the following languages: PHP, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Laravel
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
