Job description

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for the CRM team, focusing on CRM tools, sales processes, and customer interaction.

Onboarding

  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales representatives to ensure a smooth integration into the CRM team.
  • Provide training on CRM system functionalities and best practices.

Sales Process Alignment

  • Align CRM training with the overall sales process to optimize the use of CRM tools in various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales leadership team to identify training needs.

Assessment And Feedback

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to enhance their CRM utilization skills.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation related to CRM systems.
  • Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably with a focus on CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and their application in a sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to adapt training programs to the varying skill levels of the team.
