Job description
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Trainer specializing in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) Stack development to independently mentor and guide final-year undergraduate students in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) through their capstone projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in these technologies, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Guidance and Support:
- Independently mentor students in developing web applications using MERN/MEAN Stack.
- Assist in project topic selection, scope definition, and technical planning.
- Provide regular feedback, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting assistance.
- Training and Workshops:
- Conduct specialized training sessions and workshops on MERN/MEAN Stack development.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and resources.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Assess and evaluate student project work against set criteria.
- Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in MERN/MEAN Stack development.
- Integrate new technologies and methods into training and mentorship programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in MERN/MEAN Stack development with 4 of practical experience.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role, with a focus on project-based learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple student projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote and online training methodologies.
- Project management and leadership experience.
