Job Description: User Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled User Researcher to join our team. A user researcher is responsible for conducting research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users. They use a variety of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to gather data and insights about users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting user research: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand user behavior and needs, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
2. Analyzing data: Analyze user research data and synthesize insights to inform product design and development.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that research insights are integrated into product development processes.
4. Creating research reports: Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Identifying opportunities: Identify new research opportunities and areas for improvement in the product development process.
6. Staying up-to-date: Stay up-to-date with user research best practices, tools, and trends.
7. What you will do every day:
8. Daily pod stand-ups to deliver sprint outcomes
9. Collaborating with Product Manager or Initiative Leaders
10. Collaborating with users/customers to discover problem spaces for road mapping
11. Analyzing the feedback of shipped solutions and iterating

Skills Required:

1. Must know Bengali
2. Curiosity - Should not operate from biases/pre-condition notion
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong root cause analysis and impact analysis skills
5. Extreme customer-centric mindset
6. Preferred experience working with internal customers in the operations excellence domain
7. Strong at collaboration
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
10. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
