Job description
Responsibilities: Develop testing strategy, plans, estimates, and schedule, to support projects and product releases. Collaborate with multiple development teams to ensure coordination of testing efforts to test plans. Develop templates, tools, metrics, & best practices for products to meet business requirements. Lead/execute functional and user acceptance test cycles. Evaluate and/or implement tools needed for test automation and performance testing. Participate in reviews to ensure quality in the product - requirements, design, status, code. Provide documentation for release readiness of products or product features. Facilitate development/maintenance of quality control standards/metrics to determine improvement areas and strategies in the overall product development life cycle; define, execute, and report results of audits, identifying process gaps/quality issues, risks.
