Responsibilities: Develop and implement Pixis' information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies. Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors. Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles. Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on Pixis' security posture. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance. Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment. Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
