Strategic Leadership

Lead mentor and motivate a team of production warehouse and quality control
professionals.

Quality Control
Establish and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold industry standards.

Inventory Management
Work closely with the Inventory Assistant to ensure optimal stock levels for
uninterrupted production.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize shortages and excesses.

Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a secure working environment.

Budget Management
Manage and control operational budgets including production costs and overheads.
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality.

Crossfunctional Collaboration
Foster effective communication and collaboration between production sales and
other departments.
Coordinate with purchase team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
