Role Description :-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Media & Creative Planner-Manager in Gurugram. The Sr. Media & Creative Planner-Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with creative direction, creative strategy, branding, project management, and graphic design. Qualifications · Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills · Branding and Graphic Design skills · Project Management experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Experience in a creative agency or related field is a plus Responsibilities: · Overseeing International/Global advertising & branding operations and staff members. · Working with staff members, International clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines. · Developing advertising & branding strategies to increase overseas market interest in products or services. · Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective. · Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties. · Initiating and directing research efforts. · Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients. · Participating in the hiring and evaluation of employees within the advertising & branding department. · Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising & branding methods for new or existing products or services. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in advertising & branding, marketing, or a related field. · A minimum of 6 years experience in a relevant field; management experience may be preferred. · Understanding of design and International marketing principles and techniques. · Ability to develop strategies based on overseas industry trends and developments. · Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams. · Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills. · Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. · Ability to develop and maintain working relationships. · Solid sales and presentation skills.Job tags
