About the Role: Talent Architect Extraordinaire:

Collaborate seamlessly with business leaders and Recruitment Team to decipher and pinpoint the ever-evolving hiring needs across all echelons of our organization. Become the mastermind behind a robust talent pipeline, employing avant-garde sourcing channels and unconventional thinking to ensure we're always one step ahead in the recruitment game.

Metrics Maven: Take the helm in overseeing and meticulously measuring recruitment metrics, from the first whisper of an offer to the resounding applause of successful onboarding. Dive into the analytics of hiring NPS, candidate experience, and attrition, ensuring right People Experience for our employees.

Strategic Partnership:

Forge powerful alliances with functional leads, unraveling the current challenges and foreseeing the ones on the horizon. Be the beacon of timely HR guidance, ensuring our ship navigates the waves of organizational dynamics with finesse and agility.

Architect of Development:

Step into the role of a compassionate problem-solver, providing a helping hand for all kinds of people-related grievances. Be the HR superhero who ensures that every concern finds a resolution through adept HR practices, processes, or policies.

Conduct a continuous climate check, anticipating the winds of change before they hit. Elevate our Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) through Quarterly Engagement Surveys and regular check-ins, ensuring that our employees not only weather the storm but thrive in it.

Raise the Bar:

Pioneer a futuristic approach to talent acquisition by leveraging the Talent Review Framework to identify, nurture, and accelerate high-potential individuals. Become the curator of a dynamic talent pipeline that not only meets current needs but anticipates future demands, turning recruitment into an art of strategic foresight.

Competency Alchemist:

Conduct a comprehensive review of our current competency frameworks, dissecting each Competency and evolving Job Requirements to identify gaps and envisioning the competencies required for the future. Future-Ready Learning Pathways:

Candidate Requirements: HR professionals with an Overall 3 - 4 years of experience with an MBA in HR will be a right fit. At Least 2 years of Experience in HRBP Role. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment. Ability to work with Business and HR stakeholders Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills
