Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Officer to join our team at SMFG India Credit. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products and services, primarily focusing on home equity loans, mortgage lending, and loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This is a full-time position based in Navsari, Gujarat, India.

Department:-Micro Secure Mortgage Loan.

Location:-Navsari ,Gujarat India(Only for local candidates to be select)

 Salary :-Up to 3.50 + Incentive +Petrol Allowance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Good knowledge of home equity loans, mortgage lending, and SME financing
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Proactive and target-driven mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work in the field and conduct customer visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our financial products and services, including home equity loans, mortgage lending, and loans for SMEs
• Identify and establish new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
