Front Desk Receptionist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Hyderabad location. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and handling administrative duties.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Telugu languages is preferred but not required.
